Wedding Services
1. Deposit - Payment - Extra Charge

- We may be overbooked so please make appointment ASAP to secure an opening.
- Minimum 50% deposit upon agreement of contract and date.
- Unlimited pictures taken within coverage hours (outdoor package only)
- All due balance must be paid in full at the end of photo session.
- No travel fee for weddings within 30 miles radius from our studios.
- Additional charge of $150 per hour driving and overtime will be applied accordingly.
- No charge for wedding ceremony and reception in different locations.
- "Full day coverage" is limited to mid-night only (12:00AM).
- If going to a location that requires special permission, or a fee to photograph, the client  is responsible for obtaining permission and paying the fee for that location.
- All packages can be upgraded and modified to your request.
2. Photo Printing

- Prints/images include a combination of sepia, color, vintage, Black & White, special color,  grainy, or a combination.
- Hand coloring on select black and white prints included.
3. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

- Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we will do our best to provide you with the highest quality service in the most timely manner.
- However, we will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to - power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective disk, severe weather conditions, extreme low lighting situations, etc.

Post Wedding Day Process
1. Image DVD and 4x6 proofs in album (1-2 weeks)

1-2 weeks after your wedding, you will be contacted to pick up a DVD, along with a Photo Selection Form. A 4x6 album of the images you've chosen, along with enlargements, will be available 1-2 weeks after you have submitted your Photo Selection Form.
2. Magazine Style Album (4-8 weeks)

Based on specific images you've chosen from the Photo Selection Form, our designers will then compose an elegant album containing collages of your favorite pictures. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we will e-mail you previews of the completed album before it is printed.

*Changes made on first occasion only, any excess changes would be charged accordingly. ($20 per change)
3. Frames & Enlargements (1-2 weeks)
You may select any frame for your enlargements, which may either be mounted in glass or laminated. Enlargements within the package may be a digital design with name/date at no extra charge!
